RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At KAEVRON, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn.
• All original tags must be attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale Items
• Used or Damaged Products (unless defective)
